I understand things happen in life, but also knowing that my time is valuable I need to implement a last minute cancelation /no show policy that is as follow: -Haircut cancelations fee of $20 will be charged if cancel less then 2hrs before or no show. -For color at least 12hr notice is required, for t-up or all over color a $ 20 deposit fee will be required. -For highlights and specialty colors a 24hr notice is required. A $50 deposit fee is required when scheduling. -For no shows on service over $80 or more service a 20% fee will be charged. -Deposits are non refundable and non transferable - Usully I have back to back appointments, grace period is 10min. If you are running late just text me to let me know. Appointments more then 10min late will be canceled.
